Delivery
All music files sold by harmonicMedia are downloadable wave (.wav) files, once a verified payment has taken place. We do not accept any responsibilty for damages caused if ours or PayPal's servers are down at the time of purchase resulting in you being unable to download your file(s). However should this occur we will endeavour to give you access to your files as timely as possible.

Payment
All funds are earned on receipt. We do not operate a returns policy on intangible downloaded goods. When you purchase sounds, you will checkout via PayPal. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can checkout with just your credit card. To download your files, click the Return to Merchant link towards the bottom of the transaction complete page. If you have a Paypal account, you will be auto-returned to a download page after your transaction is complete. Everyone will get an email with links to download your purchases. You can file this for future downloads of the sounds you have purchased.

Privacy
We take our customers and users privacy very seriously. At no time will your personal details or e-mail address be passed onto any third parties. We do not retain any financial data. This is held by our e-commerce partner PayPal. For information regarding their privacy policy please refer to the paypal website.

All materials residing on harmonicMedia servers are protected by International copyright laws and may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published or broadcast without the prior written permission of Webtones Music. You may not alter or remove any trademark, copyright or other notice from copies of the content except as explicitly stated in our License Agreement.
